Shipping of your package
Parcels are g shipped within 2 days of receiving payment. They are shipped via DPD with a tracking number and require a signature upon delivery. Parcels can also be shipped via Geodis Express and require a signature upon delivery. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional charges. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your parcel online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postage. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
